In terms of price.....i prefer x10 lah.....

The look n built quality is top notch...

Furthermore its 500cc n electronic suspension...storage space is like mini bath tub..n also the traction,abs,leds n 2 usb ports n many other things....wohoo......

Just pumped half tank petrol. 23.9km/L. Also pumped my tire pressures up a bit. Front 32psi, rear 40psi. Haha. So far very sharp steering feel!

I think you have to call them to check on the procedure. It should be quite a "leh che" thing.

 

If not, lots of bikers would have already done it.

 

Exhaust system

 

(e.g. exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, mufflers, etc.)

 

The exhaust system, which consists of the exhaust manifold, catalytic converter and muffler, is used as part of a vehicle's exhaust emission control system to ensure that the exhaust emission meets our environmental requirements. Any modification to the exhaust system would therefore require LTA's approval. The following should be submitted to LTA for evaluation:

a) Certification from the product manufacturer stating that the proposed aftermarket exhaust system is suitable for the make and model of the vehicle.

b) Certifications or test reports from LTA/NEA recognised test laboratories to show that the aftermarket exhaust system when fitted to the vehicle on a per make and model basis complied with prevailing exhaust emission standards.

 

Note: Removing catalytic converters and mufflers are not allowed as it will adversely affect the exhaust emission characteristics of the vehicle.

 

Vehicle owners found modifying or tampering with the exhaust system may face a Court fine of up to $1,000 or 3 months' imprisonment upon conviction in Court.

Bro norz scoot was really quite something. I think due to Dr Pulley sliders (even though same weight 15gm as original), and the power chip change, the scoot revs to 5000rpm easily upon squeezing of throttle. Makes the acceleration feel shiok!

 

But the only problem is if everytime ride in the 5000-6500rpm torque band for me, confirm will have bad fuel economy. Haha!
