Im having dilemma on e transmission area....

Bike keeps slipping worst still,slow ride its worst....

Been going to 3 diff mechanic still no luck.....

I guess you must have ridden a couple of class 2 bike alr. In terms of power, definitely will lose out to the clutch bike.

 

Initially I was hesitant to get a scooter but after a while I was totally sold. I rode the Honda SW for the longest time.

 

Honestly, for 400cc, the Honda Silverwing is the smoothest one with its parallel twin engine. After riding a Kymco for about 2 years,

I'll only stick with the Japanese bike from now onwards unless I can be convince otherwise.

 

But I'm loving the Majesty so far, which I think has very good handling and very good FC. For a single piston, I feel it is also a very smooth bike. Bike wise, mostly regular maintenance and rather reliable.

 

Quite a number of us has already install in the Dr Pulley rollers which we feel really does wonder to the bike.

 

I suppose you will have to talk to the Tmax group regarding the bike though most of us here like the bike (The 530) but find it is a tad

overprice.

 

But if it is power you are looking for (especially top speed), I would say the Tmax would be nice. Afterall, the Majesty is only a 400cc.

 

But if you want power and lots of storage space, then you should consider the Majesty. The Majesty can hit 140km/h comfortably.

 

Top speed around 160km/h.

I guess ... we all want the opposites ... want something that can cruise along leisurely but sometimes fast enough to go touring ... want something light but stable at speed ... haha ...

 

I used to have the Vespa GT200 years around ... sort of a nice compromise ... i like the Tmax but im worried it cant do slow leisurely rides ... i dont want to be forced into riding fast always ... thats y im considering the majesty ...

 

 

Perhaps need 2 join u guys for a meet-up to discuss further ... and for sure .. i dun wan reliability issues associated with the european brands ...

No regrets getting the majesty so far. Yes we all love the tmax. But somehow I don't really bear to let go my majesty to trade for a tmax. Go get one bro. U will love it.

Me and my guys (small group) meet almost every friday (unless it rains) at a coffeeshop at Roberts Lane (off Serangoon Road) from 10pm onwards and then go for a short ride to JB via 2nd link. Why dont you guys join us? I can be there earlier ...

 

We are also planning for a early morning (0730hrs) kampong breakfast ride this Sunday ... feel free to join us as well ...

vibration on bars.....everything feels so wrong.......

Open up twice n clean but still hv grease substance

on e clutch bell....the grease is e culprit......

@norz - I believe for grease to appear on clutch bell, its either wrong type of grease used in the clutch or it has been applied wrongly.

 

It could also be worn clutch. Few people realize that our scoot actually run on highly precisioned parts (CNC Machine). A 10% thinner material is as good as a spoilt material.

 

So that's why, I believe in leaving a machine stock [=)]

Anyway, mine windshield condition is about 5/10. I got it from Norz actually and polish it up as good as I can.

 

Yeah, my new Ermax windshield should be arriving in a few weeks time (I hope)

 

You can have mine if Norz is okay with it.
