@norz - I believe for grease to appear on clutch bell, its either wrong type of grease used in the clutch or it has been applied wrongly.

 

It could also be worn clutch. Few people realize that our scoot actually run on highly precisioned parts (CNC Machine). A 10% thinner material is as good as a spoilt material.

 

So that's why, I believe in leaving a machine stock [=)]

Well, he change his clutch springs with "somebody". But anyway, his clutch pad could be worn already.

Sorry man, couldn't meet up with you as Norz was putting his bike back together after taking it apart for a gasket leak at his clutch area.

 

Will have to catch up again another time. Problem is most of the guys have to work on Saturday morning so we normally go in on Saturday nite instead.

 

But let's arrange something again.

also issit 1 U or 2U type of mount bracket...For 400cc

majesty, its 2U......

Finally...my dilemma on my majesty settle ready.....

e worn up shaft seal is e culprit.....

It leaks oil into e trnasmission n cause massive clutch

slip.....i personally buy tools n open it by myself....

Replace seal,inspect n clean up real gd.....its now so smooth nw....

Get ur mech to check on e shalf seal next time if wanna clean trnsmission.....

Bro, is it the seal when you removed the roller, belt, cluth area. When I was at ac motor the other day to service the cluth! The seal was found "faulty" and ah choong helped me to replace . He was telling me small leak at the shaft there.

Actually its e front shaft oil seal is leaking...replace,clean n fic bak up....after juz 1 day,it happened again...open up clean n install bak again n after next day e clutch slip badly again....

In the end,i bought my own tools n personally open it up myself..inspect n find out e rear shaft oil seal is leaking trnsmission oil....replaced new oil seal,clean it up real gd n install bak......finally everything is bak to normal n much more smoother...im very happy nw.....

Im gonna be opening bogeh711 bike to check,clean n change his rollers for him soon since i hv e tools......
