Any of you guys install big valve head to ur spankies? With that it will increase horsepower? dun mind sharing. Thanks!

Most of our bikes here are stock, so I doubt anyone has got that in our bikes. But by theory, if you install big valves. You need a bigger bore, once you have bigger bore, you will need more air and fuel, so that means a bigger carb is required. For the bigger valves to function properly you will need a better cam. And after you have all of the above mentioned items. You will need to make sure that all of them work in syncro... If all of them does and you got your proper settings. Then you got a powderful bike....

Hope that helps....

Shoya, on the track and beyond,

we will always follow your lines.

rockspark - Install? Not that i know of. Increase HP? Yes. Don't forget better valve springs too and also to get a "stroked" crank with any engine that you plan on really going big, it makes more sense to increase the stroke, rather than just stick in a whopping large piston. Lastly, the hardest thing to find, a damn good mech who can tune the bike with that set up well.

I had too many cases of "almost". After having 3 major accidents, you'll eventually know how to evade in such situations. Insya'allah.

Ride safe spankers.....

Riding safe.

tinkering with the engine really takes a good mech and a wad of spare cash...

and if u dont have a gd mech, u need more thn a wad of cash...

i've had bad experiences before when i did my engine at AGL...

now i do all my engine stuff in sg...pricey though..heart pain...

if u want a mech i can recommend.... he did my whole engine setup for me...

Dude. You're in the wrong thread. Then again, whatever makes you happy.
