hie guys, need some of your feedbacks. my handle bar swerves left to right like crazy when i let go of it at around 80km/hr or so..so i'm having certain problems of what is wrong with it

 

is it because of

1) cone bearring spoil already ?

2) my wheel bearring spoil ? bt i just changed it recently

3) my folk not straight ?

4) front disc brake dented ( im guessing this cos i found that my front wheel will stuck if i start to roll it while on mainstand )

 

the swerving started to get real crazy after i self-skidded and thus my front disc brake and folk is not straight (as told by mechanic.) already sent my folk and rim for pressing to make it straight again..i realised this few weeks ago after my accident..super2 bad uh my handle bar swerve

if you claim u self skidded,MOST LIKELY ur frame bend already bro. or u check ur folk,got leak? disc brake u go press? if brake got lock or got felt the lever moving not?
