@imrab do normal servicing n monitor.. 140 for 125z is ridiculous.. haha my cruising speed is 130 at rpm 6..not yet stress the engine.. n mine is standard too.. from carb, block, throttle, pipe to the loooong side mirror.. haha

Motor kuat tu. Hehe. Yea bro. 130 is too slow for a 2 stroke bike. Sumore 125z

hey guys. i cant seemed to start my bike. then when i towed the bike to the shop, the reason for not able to start the bike is due to the spark plug being "wet". the bike shop changed the spark plug and setting carb. to reduce the amount of fuel into the carb thus not making the spark plug wet easily. anyone encountered this before?

 

one more question, my bike rpm seems to stay at 3rpm....and it would go down to 2 and one after sometime....is it normal after changing the carb setting? sometimes it would just stay at either 2 or 1rpm....advices?

rpm usually 1-1.5 during idle. above dat is bad. need to service carb but u juz did it. maybe oilseal?

When turning on the ignition key, shud the power be on?

Egs headlights, brakelight and signal?

Mine is not.....any idea what is wrong?

Check ur batteries bro. Or wiring. Ur signal and brakelight shld be on.

Battery seems good

Kickstarts and lights n brakelights comes on.

Maybe wiring.

Also looking for signal switch, stock throttle and 2T bottle.Ex owner removed 2T bottle and stock throttle and signal swicth kaput already.

Maybe you can go rowell road. There got spare parts shop. You can find the items there. Its not 2t bottle bro. 2t reservoir. Dat means prev owner premix?

Went to JB bike shop(Along) opposite the Lor. Bapok and was told case of bad wiring.Battery and alternator seems ok.

Long list of things to do:

1. Checking of electrical wiring and fuel gauge

2. Re-install 2T pump(previous owner premix and removed all parts related).I hate when they do this!

3. Re-install original throttle and changing of signal switch

4. Carb tuning

5. Some minor changes such as grips, mirrors and front tire

yeah man i go workshop then they test my bike and they realize my bike can't go further than rpm 6. so they gonna check my block, piston, service carb and decarbonize my pipe.

Juz service ur carb. If block leaking, u can see at your block area gt some oil.

ok bro thanks for your advise. i just decarbonise the pipe also coz i think the previous owner never do it before. but my rpm 6 problem long time already so hopefully the mech can do something about it.

2T pump reinstall project shall be put on hold.....was quoted abt RM300 for the 2T pump reinstallation.

republic motor. i give up on jb already. lor bapok nowadays very expensive and not reliable anymore unless u regular there.

I do everything at JB. But definitely nt at Lor Bapok. Lor bapok shops are super expensive if u ask the m'sians.
