Step one: Dismantle your fairings.

Step two: Clean your fairings with water and let it dry.

Step three: Begin to sand your fairing with kinda rough sandpaper first(Sand with water if possible).

Step four: Sand your fairing with smoother sandpaper.

Step five: Sand until very smooth and clean your fairings with water.

Step six: Let them dry and ensure the surface of the fairings is clean and free of dust before spraying.

Step seven: Begin to spray the desired color of your choice LAYER BY LAYER(about 5-10mins intervals).

Step eight: Spray until it satisfies you(About 5 to 7 layers, depend on the color).

Step nine: Lacquer your fairings the next day during afternoon.

Step ten: Assemble your fairings to your bike.

 

FINAL & IMPORTANT step!: Join us for outings and show off your newly DIY spraywork to us!

 

Recommended spray-can brand: RJ.

 

You must have a lot of patience!!! It can consume your time about 10 hours or more for a nicely done spray work.
