I really can't wait for enrolling for my 2A. Haha.

Wonder what's it like with more power at hand.

With more power, comes with more responsibilities and higher risk to your own safety. Good to have anger management. ^_^

yeah. I have a small group of friends who just love to ride, explore, ride, explore, ride, explore, eat eat eat. ^_^

Get away from the fast pace of working life. There will always be ride out on every weekend. Sometimes short distance. Sometimes long distance. The bike needs to drink weekly. Next weekend no ride out as its chinese new year. Should be the week after that

Still havent got time to go and find something similar...honestly my gps is big so everything is multiplied. that includes vibration..if I can find a small enuff container that would be awesome..but for such a big gps it will be challenging.....just gonna see how it goes on 29th...hopefully it can with stand. If not.... Lau bak sai lor....hahaha :)

Oh. I realize that for some strange reason, my left mirror gets lose pretty often. I've already used a spanner to tighten it.

Hmm....

You can cover over with a zip lock bag or any plastic bag that gives good transparency for view your maps. Just cover over. The rain won't go inside plus you can touch the screen.

But hor, ziplock bag don't look professional on a stylish scooter like the DT and Xciting.

Haha.

Best is to find those see-through pouch. Comes with a zip. Then behind either can attach velcro to wrap around something, or a clip on button.

Looks better!

Yes, not professional but it's only for a short while. If it's raining, riding in the rain is not professional too. Bad visibility, shouldn't be using it to navigate, can't even hear the voice not that needed to. Cover with zip lock or any plastic saves time and instant. Plus if people really want to look at your gps during raining, they'll say wah so clever, good and cheap and fast no hassle.

Lol.

Haha.

Next time Kymco should incorporate build-in-GPS system. Just directional arrows will do.

Perhaps a head-up-display will be good!

I'm thinking I should go CDC, cos the bike they use is the Yamaha YBR250?

The rest is Super 4.... Super heavy and hot. Haha.

Does the spark plugs actually affect performance?

Would wanna try Iridium spark plugs for my next service. And will try OWS Engine oil as well. Haha.

For me, its still about a year till I get my 2A license.

Hmm....

Will wait for the re-bore to come in. Its a Malaysia developed system, and will probably not be a legal re-bore. But if it's reliable, I dont mind re-boring!!

Oh ya. Pls help me out for this qn.

I notice that the Grand Dink 300i vibrates like crazy the last time I sat on it at the showroom.

And my friend's Super 4 version S dont even have the slightest of vibration. Even my DT125i is vibrating at stationary more now, with mirrors shaking while stationary.

Any answers? I'd have thought scooters would vibrate less than bikes.

Super 4 have 4X100cc inside. 4 cylinder engine have a well distributed power in 2 crank revolution. For every 2 round of the crankshaft there is 4 power stroke. It's like bang bang bang bang very smooth. Where as 1 cylinder it's like 1 power stroke for every 2 round of engine revolution. It's intake, compression, combustion and exhaust like...wait wait wait bang, wait wait, wait bang so compare to bang bang bang bang, 4 cylinder smoother. Something like that ha ha. In other words, usually the more cylinder the smoother with lesser vibration.

It also depends on the engine mounting, too soft cannot hold engine, too hard will have more vibration. The internal design of the engine also contribute to vibration due to the nature of design. There's long stroke and short stroke. Shorter stroke design are for sports, higher rpm. Longer stroke for economy i think ha ha too many contributing factors.

In short. 1 cylinder vs 4 cylinder. 4 cylinder will be smoother.
