How do I report a dangerous and reckless driver?

i must admit that i like to be in lane 1 but sometime my father will always tell me to keep to centre lane, cos if **** happen, u got two lane to siam.

Firstly, pls let me clarify myself for those who find that I'm in the wrong in the first place and I provoked that driver.

I was riding on SLE(CTE) near Mandai, not Mandai Rd.

 

Yes correct, I know I should not be in the 1st lane, but I was OVERTAKING many slower Commercial Vehicle hogging on the centre lane (should not be on centre lane in the 1st place) and this B@$tard came suddenly out of nowhere, maybe he could have been zig-zagging the traffic like nobody's business behind me and came close to me at that point of time while I was OVERTAKING on the 1st lane!

 

BTW, that fast approaching car from behind didnt even gave me chance to react and he flashed his highbeam.

If that's the case, then either the driver is in a real rush or juat a plain axxhole. Anyway SLE is one of the fastest e-way in Singapore, you can frequently see cars going at 120km/h to 140km/h. I once followed a malaysian registered car for a very short stretch (towards BKE after the punggol stretch) and clocked 150km/h (just want to know how fast cars are going on this e-way).

 

Yo, I've already received a reply from TP (that's efficient).

They request for my particulars and mentioned that they'll take appropriate actions against that B@$tard...

Unless you have video, pictures or third party witness, they won't do much except to keep your complain filed against this driver, at most a warning letter. This record will be used against this driver in future if he were to be charged in court for similar cases. This is what I experienced before.

But you also have to keep a constant lookout on both left & right lanes whereas if you are in 1st lane, you can be 99% sure that no cars will come from your right. The remaining 1% is for other unidentified vehicles

But this FAT and STUPID taxi driver, think he blind or wat, didnt see me, then swerved to my side.
