eh... can i know if using full cash to buy a bike from someone. what are the major things to take note about? eg. insurance?

best to bring friend that knows about the bike to go with you to test it out.

paperwork easy lah

 

1. buy insurance under ur name, for the bike u want to buy

2. bring insurance to lta n do transfer
