er... ask u all har... my blade hor.. i run like around 30 mins liao... the engine very hot... my legs there can feel the heat. and when i park it.. theres water and steam leak out.. dunno whats wrong with it... after few hours i went back the engine still hot... does that happen to u guys too?? someone can give some advice??

Hi Bro

 

Check for the lower part of your radiator hoses (close to your oil filter area) for any leakages. There are basically 2 hoses and either one might be leaking that results in coolant leaking and once coolant flushes over your header from leakages, that explains "steam".

 

For hoses leakages, you'll need to replace with new radiator hoses and stainless steel pipe clips and that'll solve the problem. However, chances are the outlet connecting to your radiator hose are rusty from old age and the whole piece might just come off when the hoses are removed and you'll face with a bigger problem then.

Guys,my bike ah,sometime when drag abit then change gear,like suddenly go neutral or like the gear never engage..have tokick gear lever 1 more time,then engage,but got tock sound.last time when bought the bike also got clutch slippage so i ve change clutch plate n spring also.....now abit scare leh...issit gear box got problem?

any1 got kena b4?or issit clutch free play too far?now after change clutch plate,no more slip,but still change gear got problem.if ride normally change gear at 4-5rpm no problem leh....

1 more thing,how long once u all change the fuel filter ah?

For me, every 3rd EO change; I'll replace the oil filter. I don't know about the others though.
