i m not trying to be nasty but i doubt the thief would actually have the balls to ride it ard sg. if they had a initial plan to steal the bike, they would have thought of how to dispose it.

 

usually ur bike would be found within a couple of weeks if its done by prankers & petty thieves. by then, u should have given up hopes & concentrate on minimising ur loss. i know tat NTUC does pro-rated refunds but Mitsui will decline refunds if ur policy is more than 6mths old?? maybe get back as much rd tax as possible?? i believe even season parking is refundable..

 

regards to COE, my fren sold it to a bike shop who rip him off completely despite his plight. be wise in ur choices. u need to do it quick yet able to find someone tats not going to rip u off.

 

i actually thought of meeting u guys up during the malacca trip but i guess now is the wrong time to raise this up. i hope u can find ur bike, if not, at least minimise ur loss..

1. Did u send ur pics and engine casis number to the ICA and Police Head to activate them to do a proper spot check on 400cc CBR and Tow Lorries? u can find the email in the ica webbie.

 

2. If u still havent done it, guess its too late, But if u have done it , good job and the bike is still in singapore. let your friends keep a look out for your bikes in motorshops.

 

3. Pay atttention to ebay and yahoo auction, this guy might sell all the bike part by part and export the frame to overseas. Like what happen to astole rs250 2 yrs ago.

 

4. Keep a lookout in bikeshops , bikes for sales.

 

i got a feeling the bike is still in Singapore, FYI a custom police guy also riding same bike and paitwork as you as ive mis identify before.

u can simply buy them at $5 a piece @ LAB & DIY.. y let bikeshop earn?? i doubt them to do a meticulous job oso...

COE expires 2011.

 

List of things that have been changed recently:

 

1) New front disc plate x 02 changed 3 months ago

2) Back disc plaate changed 3 months ago

3) Carburetor float x 04 changed 3 months ago

4) Front bearing changed 3 months ago

5) Front and rear brake pads changed 3 months ago

6) Engine oil, spark plug and oil filter changed 1 month ago.

 

Selling price is 4.2 k (neg)

 

Viewing can be arranged at Toa Payoh or central area after office hours.

 

All enquiries and negotiations can be done after viewing (no pics to post here, sorry)

Im not too sure, but I think they should have coz many 250s r using them. To me GPR70SP good enough till 1:46-48 at PG on 250-400
