R is using a cartridge fork with rebound and preload settings..

N is using damping rod fork only have preload settings..

Yes, but you will not have the rebound settings on ur forks.

Small info here, hope it helps.

 

Those L/ N model forks which are unadjustable can be modified to make them perform better (make it a little stiffer) even though it's not adjustable.

 

I don't really know how to explain but bike shops who normally do mods shall be able to know what it's all about.

I think what the mech will do is mix fork oil with engine oil so that it'll be stiffer and the rebound feeling is more stiff oso...

was he riding fast? he seemed riding quite fast when i heard him horn.. a few secs later he hit the car.. actually the car already stopped when he crashed into it.. i think he siam-ed wrong side.. he seemed okay though, helped to pick his bike up.. ha
