~I train on my running till i cry and vomit... And even train till there's fissures in my bones and can't walk for two weeks thereafter.

~Should seen how i train my gf. She always jog superb slow. Instead, ask her do speed endurance and run with me while i kept shouting at her in the stadium... :thumb:
