i bring all my tools down thinking of dismantle it and slowly bend it. but my alan key not big enough. sianz. i think i tow to bikeshop do better. now my left fairing got a hole. damn. Zzz!

but becareful if u wanna bend urself...wait it'll break the lever....

 

be careful while using the bench clamp..

some material will break into 2 if the skill of bending is not gd..

material of the lever play a part..

to play on the safe side, use heat treatment instead..

but dun pour water to cool the lever fast.. will weaken the material instead..

let it cool on its own..

~~~Where the hell to get a clamp sia. lolx.

Just get a hammer and screw driver. Dismentle the **** and hit the sh it till straighten eh. =)

Hmm.. Isit??? I thought tough swords are made that way? Rapid cooling and heating. Recently to make a super steel... They even used a hyper cooling freezer eh. :confused:

 

must see wat material is the sword made of..

that y i state that material play a part..

this is something abt physic properties of material..

one more thing is abt temp diff stress..

how thin is a sword compare wif a lever.. the surface area compare wif its gross area..

Me still balance two months of instalment and that stupid Singtel bill that my friend didn't pay.

Now another bill came up... Lift upgrading bill costing SGD 500.00.

 

My mum wanna me pay it sia. She said can use CPF and now found out that can onli use ower CPF. What the f u c k man. I stay 2nd floor....

 

PPL simply love ungrading for their bloody convience and make the hse value higher. So that in 5 years time they able to make 40k above hse valuation.

Every year Hse price jump so high... With a pay that couldn't keep up with the inflation, we can slave our whole life paying for it. :thumb:

 

Anyway... i've to help my brother contribute for another hse at Ang Mo Kio coz my dad ran out of CPF to pay it. :sian:
