i don really know to, but when i check... its like start the engine n listen if theres any unusual sound, whether e engine idling sound constant, get a torch n see if theres cracks if u can see them, park the bike for awhile n see if theres any oil leakage, rev the engine n listen to the engine sound.

 

Then get on the bike, depress the front brakes n jerk the bike forward to check if the forks is working well, rear shock too.

 

If u can get to test ride, this is how i check if the forks is crooked. Get the bike on move... try to balance off your sitting posture then do free hand. ( but do becareful... as in your safety n TP. Its a serious offence to free hand on sg roads. ) If the bike still go straight tat means e forks is ok.

 

One more important thing, the RADIATOR. Tat is one costly thing also.

Other then those things mention above, i GUESS other are minors already. Eg, brake discs etc etc...

 

Guys, any comments for the above thing i type? i donno if it help... tats the way i check when i buy bike. :sweat:

batt n retificer cost me about $90...bought at aboy...batt is yuasa n retificer made in japan one. cost less than those made in thailand.thailand 1 more ex...to wat i heard honda has a factory in thailand, so honda product from thailand is original.

yup....the Honda SPs are manufactured there right?? :sweat:

But our bikes r from Japan :cheer:

 

$90 so damn cheap!!! Yuasa batt + rectifier sumore!!! :faint:

 

I wonder where i can get an original radiator :confused: cuz mine is copper one...U guys got any ideas? :confused:

im looking 4 radiator aso..wen to fjt yesterday..they qoute me $380 sooo damn ex

using yr existing radiator...

they rebuild the internal..

is around the enuos area..

dun noe the exact add..

u mean, mod my copper radiator to an aluminuim one? :confused:

whoa...that will turns out to be a problem cuz, if the tiny holes were to be affected by weldings, it'll leak and it will be :giddy: for me... :cheeky:

 

How i wish if there's a miracle whereby my bike temperature will always be 1/4 regardless of traffic jams or high speed... :sweat:

wootz...... spend whole day at HKL to change the wear & tear(all original). cost more than 1k!! but reali worth it as i wun say my bike is damn fast but is damn smooth. All I can say u gota change wateva u need to change to expect the best performance frm your CBR. Coz once u feel the difference u wun regret. seriously if u spend alot for ur bike in HKL the service is realli diff. 3 mechs are doin my bike and spend the whole day frm 1pm to 730pm. phew....But somehow I find some of the items Ah Bee charge quite ex but got free bike cover, brake lever and electric horn so guess hav to give and take bah..... :cheeky:

personaly i wont let HKL touch my engine.

hi guys...i have a pair for Braking Semi-floating Disc for sale,this can fit all HONDA 400cc bikes.brand new retails at $860.have already sold my bike so this has to go...i'm looking to take back $600 as the disc are only 2mths old...any questions can just sms or call me...98764487...thks
