mostly Chassis Under Bone(CUB) will be 1500RPM for idling,

so far i notice that as the bike capacity get bigger, the idling will be lower :cheeky:

as low as 900RPM(600-500RPM for those diesel bike :cheeky:)

as high as 5000RPM(Rossi's M1, i forget which year YZR-M1 :cheeky:)

when i just start my bike, it's ard 1500rpm, but when i moved for a distance, it's 2000rpm. it can move on it's own on gear 2 without throttling.

this mean yr idling is too high le..

when cold start a bike, rpm is abt 900.. warm up nicely will have max of 1.5k rpm..

this Dec will going there, Changi Airport :cheeky:

feel unsafe to ride, just call towing since SG towing is cheap....($20-$45, some even cheaper then taxi fee)

sometime i feel lazy to ride somewhere in SG, just call for tow

Hay, any bro out there..

Isit true tat the temp will rise up to abt 3/4 full wheneven u ride fast or slow in 1-2 hrs? Or maybe when u juz travel normally, it will rise up to at most 3/4. If it pass 3/4, tat mean the engine is overheating..? Pls advice.. Ty.

usually if myself i ride at 100km/h-120km/h for 45mins, shud be ok la, the temp will still go up but less than half.. if u rding 70-80(normally riding) lidat confirm will go up. den i need to manually switch on my fan.

so in summary cbr4 is a hot bike so need to ride fast in sunny day. at night ok la not so bad. rainy day more shiok. hahas.

Hi guys, im interested in getting a cbr 400 from shop. However he is selling the bike at 5500. Can u guys enlighten me on this.

Another thing is that I called HKL the sales guy told me that its not advisable to get cbr 400, bcoz mostly is over 10 yrs old. I'm very passionate about getting this bike, used to ride s4 for a yr, my dad's, but i'm not really sure the bike i'm gonna get is in good condition.
