guys,want to ask some thing.....if the batt faulty,it will couse the charging not stable?because my alternator and rectifier just changed...if i switch on the headlight the batt will slowly slowly weak d...den the engine stall suddenly,after that need to push start d...

 

may i know your current bead's wattage?

 

Hi, i m wonder if anyone knows a CBR400RR rider with a OXYDO paint work (Yellow, Black & White)? Bike with yoshi exhuast, plate number is FM6**8L? If anyone knows him, please PM me.. Urgent.. As ex owner is looking for him..

i rebuilt my cbr4 engine around 3k...changed crankshaft,alternator,con-rod,piston,clutch plate,rewiring,coolant hose....

Good morning all, riding a CBRRR400 and with me for 5yrs. Recently, engine will stalled when JUST started. After 10mins of ride, it will be normal. Could it be due to coolant being too cold?

wow so expensive. i was thinking of buying a cbr 400, but the thought of it being an old machine and needing lots of repairs, time and money turn me off:dozed:

Bro, could be ur idling too low, how much? Or u may need go for re-tuning of ur carbs...Just try first..

hi guys. wat is your servicing schedule like for your cbr?

from my knowledge people service at like every 5k

and change oil filter every 10k

 

But then bike shop i bought my babyblade from asked me to service every 3k?

 

Is it because they are using mineral instead of synthetic oil?

for eo change to be at interval of 3k means the eo used is semi-syn..

Bro, I tried GPR--very very good, high pitch sound, Yoshi fire spec w/o tuning--bad, bassy only. Stock--very good...

Just sharing my xperience after used.......cheers for all CBR riders, safety first.........

hi fireblade riders, planning on getting a cbr400 soon so im going bukit merah tomorrow to view some bikes.... any common parts (wear and tear) that i need to look out for? any way to identify?

 

i know my check forks, handle bars, brake discs, chain and engine sound... but from what i read cbr400 will have rectifier, magnetic coil and wiring problems cos its 10 yrs plus bike... carburetter also can be problematic... anyway to check for these at shop?

coolant system also importance,but most importance thing is the engine parts...because i used almost 3k to rebuild my engine....goodluck:cool:

Bro, u can buy from forumers here at used bike sales or Bike Mart.......B.Merah shops quite xpensive as I bought my Yamaha FZ400 there long ago......Hope u find a good Blade.....it's a good bike compared to Yamaha or Suzuki or Kawa...

hey riders.

recently realise that my gear lever tends to be loose as compared to other bikes such as s4 but yet so far had no problem when engaging gear just that everytime when i down gear, there will be a slight squeaking sound.

wondering if it's a major issue? do i need to get it tightened and fixed?

when u say full tank are u referrin to with reserve or without?

Mine when nv hit reserve goes bout 220 only.

 

Anyway how do u guys ride? i usually change gear at like 6k rpm only.

Is that considered fierce or relax?
