I looked at so many CBR, VFR, RVF, ZXR's when looking for my bike over here and a higher price is not always a sign of a good bike. In the end I bought a cheap CBR400 Hurricane model with the plan of doing it up to the level that I want as I can get everything I want done and still pay less than the cheapest Fireblade I can find and then I KNOW that I have a good bike and that everything is done properly.

bro i saw a cbr 400 L model at mah motor... bendemeer...its yellow in colour n bt nvr ask how much...coz i just pas by onli...can go n check it out

guys my mileage is poor. hit 217 before switching to reserve. is that normal? i was using caltex silver and i have a K&N air filter. n model..

Well my bike won't be ready until January. I have to fit my new ERP unit on the weekend and give it a bit of a clean up. Then I have a new race end can and oil catch tank sitting upstairs that I need to put on and a new radiator and rear shock on the way but they won't be here till January.

 

Hopefully I can make it to a meet up in January and also make it over to the track. Should do a babyblade track outing or something so we can all ride around together. All on the same bikes would be good fun.

how much will it cost to clean a K&N air filter? where isit located and how do i know if its K & N?

The filter is located inside the airbox which is underneath the tank.

 

To clean it you need to wash it and re-oil it as they are an oiled foam filter, you can buy a cleaning kit from K&N and do it yourself whenever you want or you can pay a shop to do it. I would think only about $10 to do it at the same time as some other servicing, to do just that by itself they would probably charge you more for time to remove the tank etc.

 

You can tell if it is K&N or similar as the standard filter is made of paper whereas the K&N is a red coloured foam. Also it will be printed on the air filter panel near the foam.

1)my tail fairing crack and i wanna patch it up...where should i go preferably? and the cost? =)

 

2)how much is the original signal light? or anyone here can sell me theirs? BTW...CBR is it like super4 and RVF when the signal light are always on? =)

 

3) I gonna change into Micron exhaust...not a full system...wat are the approximate price? =)
