did mine for $250...can feel the diff but not much...better u just change new one if u planning to keep ur blade.especially if u plan to use it for track..

when u find the suspension act juz like a spring like u sitting on a see saw when u taking a corner.. dun hav any damping effect..

or u feel the spring is too soft..

 

then how to know if ur suspension gone case already until cannot service? i scared i service then not much difference. when cornering bouncing already sia. last time i tried my bike above 200km/hr also bouncing already even straight rd.

when i buy my bike it was extremly bouncy, stright road also can bounce, actualy wanted to service it, but heared stories that suspension shop wont give warrenty , and ever happen to some ppl, after 1 week from serviceing , it started to leak again, so i changed my mind and change to a brand new stock rear suspension, cost me 450. but feel save loh,,,

sure can la, yup, i going for the first time, but i dun think so soon, la, now taking my class 2, and also not forgetting the my part time class, ahiya, very busy, i wanna buy boots first cos, i also wanna use it for daily work purpose, any way i go to my work place then change to safty boots

my biike shop quote me abt $280 for servicing of suspension and it's comes with a 1 yr warrantly...dunno good or not..

as gladiator64 mention.. the service of rear susp may not yield gd result as new ones...

for those susp that beyond service, hav to take the parts apart and inspect..

like spring stiffness testing, the main rod (i dun noe wat it call) wear off causing the seals to fail often.. those stuff is better to get a new one..
