Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

It's safer to pay for the summon first as that is to compound the fine. If you missed that, it goes straight to court. Because proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Meanwhile, just sit tight and wait for TP's acknowledgment of your appeal.

You got put stamp or not

they'll issue a cheque if it's waived. but for me, i don't pay 1st cause usually after yr 1st summon letter and the expiry date, if u still hf not pay, they'll issued a reminder letter with shorter grace period. lastly, they'll issued a final reminder + interest incur and hf to pay immediately before court takes action. just to be safe, call up and ask the relevent authorities. remember to produced yr ref/ veh num for easier tracking

just wait until u get a reply from the appeal. i also did the same thing. when u get the appeal reply, they would tell you whether it is waived off or if u still must pay, they would give you a new dateline.

the reply from appeal is just a letter informing u that u can ignore the offence until the verdict is out. it wont tell u if waive or not n there's no dateline.

i just got the letter this morning, now can put my heart to rest. phew.
