Uh CDI how much?.. yeah sometime i when in neutral(parking time), i throttle more then got this sound like engin wanna die like that...

 

I think i should full service my tzm? Btw how much is the full service and wad will they do when they full service it...

 

And one more thing, wad is the cost of the valve..

Full service: Wash carb/block. Change spark plug & gaskets. Flush coolant and refill. Valve set (ori) is around 95-100 SGD if I am not wrong.. If you talking abt servo then its around 200+..

And ya btw... full service in SG most shops charge 120SGD. In MY cheapest I've came across cost 70RM. parts used normally local ones not ori...

hmmm tatz mean ur timing n fuel flow is wrong... full service is better 2 do in singapore... but partz get the ori n buy from automac. ori laz longer n can endure heat esp for power valve, piston & oring. ori cdi at $280.. n nid to order..

valve ard $50 can get the whole set

tyre 120 can get... rear bearing got 3... 2 rim n 1 for spoket. all 4 $30 4 gd one.

BTW, To Guys Who Wanna Buy TZM Make Sure U Have The Money For Maintance Purpose.. I Bought A TZM 1 Month Ago, And I Have To Change To New Bloc, My Piston Jam My Gear Which Run My 2T Broke, now Wiring.

But I Dont Regret Getting My TZM.

1/2 > if tat cost u tym. put to gear 1 press both of ur brake n let go the clutch... another meaning is that u make ur bike stal. so al u nit is 2 do rewiring n change ur ignition switch

 

3 > ur bearing rust...

Bike seems like "bobok", throttle more , engine die off..

Changed back to stock CDI everything back to normal..

But it could be other problems as well..

Go back to your shop as I believe you still have the "1 month warranty" rite?

yup tatz true ... ori cdi open at 6 or 7rpm... n got 3 point.. for racing got only 2 point.

hey fellas....my TZM's idling is so low that it dies off when i put on neutral...or when i dun do anything to the throttle. sometimes it dies off when i close throttle completely to brake. wat could be the prob? i'm tired of kick starting my bike at the traffic light.

The problem is the idle too low. Try tune the idle screw and increase a little to around 1.5rpm or slightly more. The problem should be solved.

The screw is located on your carb. Try looking from the left side of the bike, you should be able to see it. Cheers...
