now my rpm seems to be stuck at ard 9-10 frm gear 3 onwards.. it will be like chocking if i continue dragging.. valve problem?..

the best go service than try again, if its still the same, must be ur fuel flow.. too much fuel..

i oso face the same problem mine stuck at rpm7..when in gear 6..what is the problem ah? coluld anyone help me? even after covering my airbox with sillicon still the same..and my pick up damn slow..please enlighten me..thks:cry: :cry:

sumbat sound when its 5rpm? around there?? that sumbat thing, it might be your oil jet if im nt wrong.. its the pin like thing in ur carb.. coz i had it b4.. it really sangkut when its ard 5000rpm.. i have to piat more in order to make that thing gone.. maybe u can follow me go JB to do ur thing.. coz since i port my carb, my bike sangkut again.. need go setting again n service my bike.

when ur rpm sumbat may be could be the powervalve either broken into halve

 

cause mine last time like that sumbat must open throttle more then the sound gone

 

so i went and my powervalve broke into halve so thats why when my valve open no power cause one side only,have to wait till the other side join up with the other half then the thing wont sumbat.and use more fuel zz thats what the mechanic told me

 

so went jb change powervalve 85rm done now rpm 13 also no problem haha

 

eyan ur problem should be like mine no pick up i tink is the VALVE

 

adboyy full servicing depends.if let say they open up no problem shud be normal servicing like those change engine oil,change spark plug,change coolant,wash carb,service valve but if open then got like problem surely more ex

 

 

this is my experience though dun know whether could apply to ur problem

power valve(Shaft Like Thing) - S$60 RM 80

Motor Valve (Mech Valve, Valve CDI) - S$250

Valve PUlley - Nt sure

 

Ur Motor Valve, Mech Valve, Valve CDI or watever they called it, plays a big role in ur YPVS. without it, ur valve wont work n u would be ridding 40km/h all e way.

 

u must atleast whack ur throttle sumtymes to keep ur valve working. if u dun whack, ur valve would be stuck n say bye bye to ur ride.

mine's gone due to wear and tear. now whack valve like open close open close...

haha.. too bad. same as me when i had that sangkut problem.. but my bloc safed only need to polish.. my piston rabak bo pian must change.. my mech say my petrol flow is too much..

just went to service. valve was stuck and piston/block was scratched.

usually if open if best u change straight away...

 

that time i go i no cash cause must change powervalve lucky i went with someone i know so he borrow me money

 

to play safe bring extra only u might not know what other problem u have

i think that shld do it.. i had to change mine cos my block has been rebored to many times until have to use a bigger piston..
