may i know anyone here bought the latest S4?

is it same model as few years back models?

 

saw it at boon siew last week, it looks yummy

I believe you are talking about Honda Super 4. Anyway, from my experience, in term of new 2A road bikes from 2018 onwards, S4 seems to have the lowest seat height.
