I've recently change my rear suspension, Service forks and oil seals, change my cone bearing (6mths ago). However my bike has become damn jerky and bumpy be it low speed or high speed. It gets worse at around 100-110kmh..really feels like im riding a horse front fork keep jerking up and down and a little on the back too. Anyone knows what the problem? could it be front wheel bearings? tyre pressure? or loose chain? will loose chain cause this problem? please advice!!:cry::cry:

wow, didnt know the o ring harden can have such symptom too. learnt something today

anyway, do go to a mech to have it checked. or if u can, ask someone help you lift the front wheel up. you see if you can turn the wheel freely anot.

If I am not wrong, you should have some free play or your front wheel should at least spin with some brake pad brushing against it (I think its normal). If everytime you spin it and it stops immediately(lever not pulled it) then like louisyhw said need servicing liao as the brake caliper pistol stucked and cannot retract back. Prepare some cash as you will be shock to hear the pricing for full servicing. Some shops will just remove and clean the dirt off and put back. Mine was a full servicing with everything removed, washed, all the 8 O-rings (if I remembered correctly) inside replaced and putted back with with temp greese. Also did the rear braking system and had the brake pump replaced. I lost alot of $$$ for the front and rear brakes full servicing.

bumpy i suspect is ur suspension settings, either the fork oil is too thick or the preload for ur rear sag is too high. coz i did my fork oil change before few years back when on my vtec days, i can feel the damn rd like uneven. lesson learnt the fork oil the shop use was way too thick or he top up too much not according to specs. head back to mezzo and my ride was smooth! btw u juz change ur rear suspension, i guess the sag too little makin ur rear spring stiff for ur weight
