as the previous post, you could change to a bigger block...

I have a pinasco block & piston if u want it.

Max cc that can be acheived by the block is 225cc but only with porting etc.

If you just plug & play, it'll be 215cc.

Please pm sharpey if u require more clarification on this.

Carb could be changed to 24/24

but i'm assuming urs already is since urs is a px200. Is it dell orto?

get a heavier flywheel if u can find it.

Of course your needle sizes have to be correct

Change your gear ratio.

Could change ur cdi & coil to an excel's.

There are a few mechanics out there that are reliable.

But I only go to Cik Ali, behind tamp safra.

You could go there & ask him about the things that need to be done.

And his pricing is reasonable.

Of course I have been out of the scootering scene for some time and any of the abovementioned info could have changed since then.So it's always best to consult the mechanic or a few other ppl.

What they said :)

Your carb should be 24/24.... you'll just need to play with the jetting if you upgrade...

Get a Sito+ exhaust if you can... better than tong pipe... (not faster... but more torque)...

The Pinasco can be a ***** to setup properly... so proceed with caution...

If you have the cash... I'd seriously reccomend you getting in touch with AL HARPAM from Hotrod Scooters in Fresno California... he can setup the Pinasco properly, or... modify a stock cylinder for pretty decent performance...

Tuning is time consuming, expensive, and addictive... :D

Yup... both still going strong...

Am now trying to sort out the timing... I suspect I have a dodgy fuel tap... not enough gas at high revs is causing it to overheat...

The fun never stops :)

Will be at Tong Aik again on Monday if anyone fancies popping down...

I'll be the balding white guy with the tools...

eh, sorry guys.. i know it's out of the subject but since this topic is related to vespa and racing. I wanna ask ar...for the lx150...i realise it's abit difficult to take bends at high speed. After tapping onto my rear brakes, i could feel that the shocks begin to press in and reject after i let go my brakes, hence, making me feel like i'm losing traction to the road and the fork reacts so sensitively to every movements. Is there anyway that i can improve the stability of this bike for such an agressive rider like me? sorry ar...hahaha my runner has been in the workshop for a very long time that's why i'm pumping my adrenaline to this poor bike now. hahahahaha

bro,u can try malossi alloy bloc also instead of pinasco or pollini.

survey the prices at tong aik or ban hoe for those.

i also strongly recommend AhLoo workshop@tamp safra blk 9004.

look for Cik Ali to do those poisonous modication to ur bike.

hope this help!(:

LX 150 is design to be a icon/transport/comfort scoot from the start. Thus the suspension is more plush.

The solution to make it more "hard" is to change front and rear shocks. biturbo do have sgocks for both fron t and rear. COmfirm not cheap lah. Ir will be at least 1k+ and above for front and rear shocks.

To be frank I have lost touc with biturbo prices now. do check with one of the local distributor Winjing for more info.
