I started a little late, at 6:15. The jam at East Coast-Ford Road area is real bad. I had to end up running at those grass patches. Other then that, it is pretty nice and cool. Many Performers there to distract me... :cheeky:

This is just my humble and modest attempt to live within my means.

Not to forget the wind, the freedom, the joy, the sun, the ride.

Just tried the new 21km route. Now i know cannot do 21km without water.

mandai rd is a energy sapper, up slope most of the way. Sembawang rd have to slow down. Gambas Ave jogging very slowly. woodland ave9 couldnt take it, walk back to wld stadium

Have to find a way to keep hydrated. Any suggestion?

Many people have their camel pack, or waist pack filled with water... But I personally didnt try it and realise i cannot do without water too. I get too dehyrated.
