lacquer on wheels

i currently have stock matt painted wheels and intend to make it glossy.. can i just apply clear lacquer on them to make it shine? also, is there a way to paint on the lacquer instead of spraying? i have rim stickers on and i also dont wish to take out the tires just to spray it on.. or is there a technique to this?

u can buy clear lacquer and spray on the outer part of the rims loh.. but becareful as u will kenna other parts..

hand paint lacquer requires great amt of skill... very hard to get a smooth finish..

i suggest u don DIY yourself as u might regret with the outcome. shops do offer afforable spraying normal paint.
