For example MR A beat 2 traffic lights (12 + 12 pts) n did not wear a seatbelt (6 points). total he kena 30 points in 1 day.

 

MR B beat a traffic light on JAN, (12 pts) n another light on AUG (12 pts). he was caught nt wearing a seat belt in SEPT (6 pts).

 

assume both 1st timer non p plater. so qtn is MR A will have his liscence suspended or revoked? Mr B cnfm suspended 3 mths onli.

Yea, 3 months, and if you attend retraining, 4 weeks.

 

In regards to your question, if those are the only charges, I do believe it's the same punishment. However, couldn't they possibly make a case that the driver was either careless or inconsiderate while driving? Since it'd look like s/he was blatantly disregarding the laws. To be caught not once, but twice in one day....
