hi bros, juz a quick question.. i juz bought a 2nd hand bike n it alr comes wif a street legal pipe. so do i need to go to lta n transfer e ownership of e pipe or do i juz leave it as it is.. asked e bikeshop n apparantly they dunno.. thnx!

just get the lta cert for the pipe....

From what i gathered from reading the forums...

 

If you do not wish to sell off the endcan seperately in the future, then just do the transfer for the bike, the cert validity will follow the bike.

 

The complications come in if you decide to sell off the endcan and change another one. You'll need the registered owner to transfer the ownership of the endcan...
