will TP summon?

hi all, i wan to ask if u are traveling on the the 2nd lane of the expressway and behind u is a TP car, u decide to change lane to the 3rd lane, lets say if u nv change lane properly or recklessly but the TP car just drive past and nv stop u. My question is whether they will be able to record down your plate no and send summon to u or if they nv stop u tt means u are alright?

but u can;t be too sure .. they mite be rushing to a case, so no time to stop you. they mite juz took down ur plate no and issue u a traffic offence summons to your home.

p/s: and yes, they do summon for failing to signal ... tho it's only will be a fine of $50, if i can still remember correctly. and reckless driving/riding will get u in the court .. what u meant, i guess is careless driving ... it would be 3 points and $150 , if i'm not wrong ... and yes, they do summon these quite often too.

if never signal and they are strict one, they'll just note your number and send u letter...
