P-Plate stolen!! arrggghh

P-plate had been stolen 3 times!

Lucky not bike.

 

Y r there cheapo who do this kinda stuff.

Any preventive measures to prevent tis again?

wow piang,now a days the thieves even steal P plate,they are realli losers.. if onli singapore law for theft is chop off the hands..

i suggest that if you are not riding, then take out the p plate lo. so those thieves don't even have any chance of stealing.

i had a problem with my p-plate earlier too...i thought it was stolen. but upon closer inspection, mine was actually torn off due to plastic fatigue given the way the torn edge looks. it was very smooth and straight. think its kinda tough to tear it off so smooth...or cut so smooth...unless the fella very skilled and had lots of time.

anyway, so now its screwed on both on top and somewhere in the middle. just to be safe. i am not sure who would want to steal my plates cos they're very dirty :)

even with this, it is starting to show some fatigue. someone suggested i lengthen the plate behind. someone else suggested putting a bigger plate behind. both are good i think. will see what else i can do to strengthen it.

 

hopefully people won't go through the trouble of stealing something screwed on so tightly :)
