Bike dropped by a car reversing

Hey guys, im posting jus to see if anyone has gone through the situation that im going through right now,

 

heres the thing, i parked my bike at a bike parking lot at a open carpark, and when i checked again about 1/2 hour later my bike was lying down, was so shocked! luckily 1 witness who was staying near where my bike was parked saw a company XXXXXXX van hit and run... the thing is i only had the description of the company van, color and etc... what i dont have is his plate no. ... AND also ive made a police report and it has been referred to TP, now im jus waiting for them to update me, hais... now my bike has alot of scatches and cracks at some part of the mudgard and etc.

since u dun see the plate no or u r not there then u have to find a witness tat saw the plate no. if not very hard.

Bro i kena the same thing as u few months ago. My bike was hit by a lorry. I din know who did it at first but I managed to find a witness who told me he saw a lorry parking near my bike, but didnt saw the accident. He just told me the company name of the lorry and that was the only clue I had.

 

I went google the company and found the telephone number, call them and ask who is the driver who came to the area. Tell them straight that he had knocked down my bike. They helped me to find out that person and he admitted. I managed to make him compensate me.

 

I have also made police report but they didnt even contact me. So I guess it is the best to find the culprit yourself.

yup thats true.. police report no use 1 if no witness.. my friend cbr4 got knock dwn thrice.. total damage 1k.. den park at pavement tio summon.. now can only suck thumb..

I kena before, park my bike for 5 min go up to my houes to take something and my bike was knocked down and saw the lorry which was parking infront speeding off.. front mudguard and side stand broke == some more only got sidestand hahaa.. no justice was concluded ..
