parking on pavement summon questions.

when i receive a summon for parking in pavement, there is no indication of fine amount, was just wondering issit i shd wait for the letter?

 

normally how much is the fine and any1 had experience appealling sucessfully?

i got the ticket with no amount stated some time ago too. just wait for your letter which shld be coming soon, its probably going to be $70.

 

my case is slightly different from yours. i got summoned 2 days in a row. i sent in an appeal and got a notice in the mail yest saying that 1 fine would be waived. so now i gotta pay $70, at least better than $140. dont really dare park on pavement anymore lol

guys mabe u can try sometin else next time.

 

park your bike on the grass/ground next to the pavement. just make sure the bike itself isnt on the pavement.

 

Do this and cisco/tp/primas/wilson all cannot summon you. this is becos on the pavement you are blocking the way for pedestrians.

Ask any cisco/wilson/white auntie. they will say cannot be summoned, i parked on grass while others on the pavement and they get summon while im ok. not just once or twice but a few times like this.

Grass is not their turf...only NParks can do that. If kena will be around $25 if not wrong. Consider cheaper coz no labor involved for the grass patch. No need to buy concrete and employ contractor to make the grass patch, unlike pavements.

Can put. Only issue is that, at the end of the day, your bike still there but camo net missing.

Because you parked on the pavement where there is zig zag lines.

 

And until you can prove that there is not zig zag lines next to that pavement.....then can appeal and get a reduced summon.

Last time, got different fines/summons for different patches of grass.

 

Got one time, seen a summon for $150/- for bikes parked on the grass at East Coast Parkway.

 

Most times, the summons is $70/-

 

But if the grass verge there got zig zag lines......its considered parking at zig zag lines pavement and they summon you the $120 with 3 demerit points.

 

R24A Park within a demerit points no parking zone (LV) $120 3 demerit points.

just kena 1 yesterday at my blk there. tp came because someone downstair my house drink and drive and some axxhole report to TP (my place hardly got tp even is a hot spot) then tp blk then enter and exit way of the carpark.

 

I live the blk just where i park my bike infont, I come down blur blur amost ride off then i saw them. I pretend i dont have bike and walk off, 15min later they still there and i think i stupid and out of my mine i go my bike take somthing.

 

I think they saw me and but never come to me, then i walk off to buy something again. Soon they finish with the drunkard guy then i saw i busa ride off then tp stop him. Ask for ID and etc but dunno got summon anot... next after him another tp officer came up to me with a summon and walk off. Damn **** dont even bother to let me explain or talk, they still purposely wait for me at the road side (for about 15min) then i silly stay beside my bike for 15min until they go off.

 

Now i dont know use wat excuses to write in anyone can give me any idea. I know is my fault la.. So need some stupid excuse lor.

Jus got fined for parking outside a shopping center pavement. When I was going back to my bike, there was this super black indian looking at me. I felt weird but now I know why liao.... MUSST BE HIM!!!!!
