price is $10,800 and it's not a typo.

 

the frazer 600 goes for $13,000 ++ without insurance.

will like to ask u guys for some help, got a problem, which one do i go n do first? road tax, insurance or inspection. if they happen to expire and comes at e same time... which is happening to me.... tks tks

hmm.. u nid 2 renew ur insurance first b4 u can buy road tax ar.. meaning ur road tax muz b within the period of the insurance covered.. abt the inspection.. they will send u letters to ask u to go 4 inspection.. if u had done ur inspection within 3 mths of the road tax renewal.. u wont have 2 inspect again..

insurance or inspection 1st doesn't matter. but you must complete both before you can pay for your road tax. do it online at http://www.onemotoring.com.sg if you have a POSB/DBS internet account.

 

about 1-3 working days after your inspection and insurance, the data will be updated automatically and you can do your road tax online.

Got a query about the oil pressure light, the one that lights up when you're in neutral gear...

 

What problem(s) can occur if the oil pressure light is lit up when you're NOT in neutral gear? cause that's what's happening to me. It flickers on/off sometimes. I don't feel anything wrong with the bike, and i did a brief inspection, found nothing wrong... Could be purely an electrical problem with the bulb, as the adjacent fuel indicator is also spoilt. Even on a full tank, the bloody thing still shines bright as day. So, i feel that the oil pressure light is just spoilt, but to be on the safe side, what can cause it to light up?

go top up your 2T. it flickers when you go upslope or downslope when the level is going low. it will light up constantly when it's low. there is a sensor (potiential meter i think?) in the 2T container which senses when then level is low, prompting the light to go up when you are not in neutral gear.

yeah, it's even cheaper than a monster 400. but look at the forks and 4 pipes coming out of the front. well, money can buy you style, that's for sure. so i say, skip the upgrading to 2A bike and jump to class 2. save you lots.

there are about 10 owners in this forum. that should be half of singapore's planet population. i reckon there are about 20 of them in total roaming in singapore.

assume 70 percent mitos

cagiva higher CC models 10 Percent

that shld leave more the 20 ard...

hey guys, sad to say that i'm out of the planet group... it was really a good time riding the planet man. handling, cornering.. but just couldn't resist the temptation of getting the torgue of a v-twin engine buzzing between my legs.

heh. just got a monster400. love the sound even with the quieter original exhausts.

so yeah, could still meet up with you guys though. just call me anytime.

ok... that's really quite few... but makes it all the more exclusive ..... hee....

resale arr.. if good condition shld be able to fetch a decent price ba.

i think the ppl that ride this bike showed a passion for its design more then its resale value.. so we are more willing to overlook its resale value.

 

on of the reasons i bought it is because of its design kekek. just my 0.001 cents thoughts

was thinking of installing one..

i have seen a mito with one iinstalled

besides giving u a smooth ride( handle bar less virbrations) (not sure arr... dun flame mi ) wat else does it do?

 

and wats the going rate for a low end one ....

the damper would be installed at the side, below the handle bar rather than conventional way on top of the handle bar.

bro ar.. mito comes with damper.. stock.. so our handling is really stiff.. really stable during corner.. but i believe its so much more fun riding planet.. more relax.. so i wont go 4 damper if im riding 1.. its true that in high speed or in corner having a damper will b more stable.. but low speed i really wana eg. queueing into jb.. handle bar stiff.. clutch stiff.. evything stiff.. a damper can help us go against the bike's force which our arms cant handle.. eg. mayb ur frt tyre skidded during a corner.. without damper the handlebar might sway in n out.. but if u hav a damper.. it will assist our arms into maintaining handlebar straight.. told by my next bike's owner.. a 40+yo racer..
