Need help & guidance on ERP fine.

Hi peeps,

 

Got an ERP fine last month and it was $10.50 including the ERP charge. Was busy at a certain period of the month that i totally overlooked the fine and forgot to pay.

 

Now i received the composition fine of $70:faint:. Was hoping to those who had similar situation happened to them. And that if i appeal, can the LTA waive it off?

write an appeal leter to LTA... make it fast..say trhat u were busy or sunting..

too late to waive off the whole thing, best is waive off $70, and u pay orig composition amount of $10.50

 

wad 4 waste time post here wait 4 answer, jus go lah, or u prefer the court fine give big big bonus to gahment?

Go to LTA at Sin Ming Rd ASAP and tell them you wanna appeal. They will give you a number and you will meet the Appeals Officer. State your case and if you're convincing enough, they will waive the $70 composition fine and you just pay the ERP fees plus admin charges amounting to $10++ on the spot. Case closed.
