Resale price as in?? from 1st hand to 2nd hand or from 2nd hand onwards?

Not really sure about 2nd hand onwards as demand doesnt seems to be very popular which can hold the resale value there.

 

I predict a minimum 2k loss each year (estimate only ah)

Still running in my Fazer, so decided to take it for a run yesterday afternoon.

From my place near Lentor, took the Sle towards woodlands..exit towards the turf club and then headed on to Kranji, past Sungei Kadut. Have to be careful along this stretch, especially on weekdays as theres lots of heavy vehicles as well as sand on the road. Lookout also for the railway crossing. Be careful of overtaking vehicles as this is a 2 way road.

From here its straight on towards the Kranji reservoir, nice scenery here and you can see JB to the right. Straight on down past the Sungei Buloh nature reserve

and you are onto Neo tiew road. This is a very interesting narrow 2 way road with many twisties for the next 5km or so. Be careful round these corners as many of them are (blind) corners with your view impeded by the vegetation. Take your time here as you seldon get to see this type of scenery in Spore. There were many cars hogging the road here but the Fazer managed to overtake safely

and quickly with its power on demand performance.

At the end of Neo tiew road, you come to Lim chu kang road, decided to turn right and travel all the way down to the end. Got to u turn here or else end up in the sea. Made my way back through the same route and this time round it was better along Neo tiew road as the traffic on the way back was very light.

All in all a very nice short adventure on my Fazer, and its all done in our small little red dot. There are many interesting places to ride here if we know where to look. Sorry for this long winded piece but thought i should share with the guys my little adventure on the Fazer.
