ohh.. thankx ... btw my case is i riding the bike is under my friends name but previously the insurance i brought i cancel his name for not letting him ride this bike.. will he be charged for this case ??? i am ready to bear the consequences myself.. hope not bringing him in for this case!

unless you claim bike is 'stolen' then your licence will be safe.

 

if not, you can say byebye to your licence.

yah... my insurance & roadtax exp on august.. previously my insurance there stated owner of the bike cannot ride only i sub-rider can ride.. cos he sold the bike to me.. now the bike without insurance & roadtax & i thhe 1 who is riding... will my friend revoke or just me???? he can say he already passed on the bike to me to buy the insurance & roadtax everything ... anyone know how is the outcome??? thankx alot !

sold the bike to you? any transfer done @ LTA? if not, it's still under his liability.

 

if that's the case, both licence will be gone.

why ask about the penalty if you know it is wrong in the first place?

 

You know it is wrong, yet trying to do it and get away with it, or see if you can afford the fine???

 

so many have asked for help after kanna caught riding without proper insuranace. You wanna to be next?

 

This how bikers further degrade bikers ourselves, provide more evidence to drivers who wanna to look down on us.

Legally, bike still belongs to your friend. Good job in dragging him into the sh1t hole. On top of the no insurance penalty, you and your friend will also kena road tax penalty.

 

Appeal to MP? Don't bother. Be glad that you got caught by TP and not because involve in accident, else you'll have to live with the guilt your whole life. That one appeal to God also no use.
