i bought a bike under a s phoon for 2 year .... so on feb 6 is the 2nd year am i able to get third party insurance without them knowing it???

 

coz they tell me to get 2nd party

Did the same thing before ... but to another bikeshop. When insurance company say must get approval from bikeshop cos hire purchase, just say u asked before and is approved.

can call 6246 2663 but the bike shop can always request you to go cancel your 3rd party ins policy.

Well i guess if they ask you nicely to cancel and get a 2nd party but you refuse.............

 

You are liable for legal action (extra fees or fines imposedby them). This is due to the fact that your bike is under HP meaning the company legally own the bike until you have made full settlement. I am sure in the fine prints of your contract there is some clause that if you do something without informing them,there will be apenalty imposed.

 

IMHO....if your bike is under HP jus get 3rd party fire and theft (otherwise known as 2nd party).
