i just got a $25 ticket from cisco warden for not parking in the lot.

 

As it was full and i just need 10mins to pass an item to my friend.

 

so i just park beside the bike parking lot outside the box and the next thing, i got a ticket.

 

first time here. nr get a ticket in my life before.

 

what you guys think? appeal can anot?

appeal? sure why not? if u wanna, take a few min to state ur reasons clearly, would not lose much by doing so, and if it succeeds all the better

even if the appeal falls thru, hey at least u tried..$25 is not so bad as compared to 12 pts+$200 for running a red light..

how do i appeal? steps to appeal? rite to who? haiz..

ciso fine you, of course appeal to them. the summon should have their email address, so draft a nice email with your excuses and reasons. email it to them and wait for their reply.

 

how to write a nice email? well, you can take some reference from here.

CISCO is only the sub-contractor, and you need to find which authority issued the summon, so you can write your appeal to the correct party.

 

In Singapore, these are the authorities (based on AXS) which can issue parking fines :

 

- URA

- HDB

- TP

- LTA

did they send a letter to your house? that time when i got summoned, the ticket said cisco but when the letter came, it was TP. so sent my appeal to TP.
