Its good to c your reply!  But the first qns that came to our team mind is Logically for any customers being ourselves, when you found out that for the money that you have paid is Not equal to the items that you are getting just like this issue, after hearing what Party B mechanic has said and you went to change out from Malossi Belting to Original Belting, NORMALLY the first thing in your mind is “ I must get an explanation from this workshop ! “ But why you didn’t come?

Instead you vent out your frustration in this SB Forum board and immediately within 24 hr after you posted, we URGE you To drop your details and we will definitely give you a reasonable reply/ rectification IF we are in the wrong and you replied that you have change out your belt? That’s really fast…!

Anyway, we are proud to be named as “SUNRISE Eurobike”, I am sure no point and No other company with established years of achievements would chose to run away from a single negative comment and rename ourselves as you suggested. Peace ~

i believe it is better to clear the misunderstanding with the shops involved before bringing it up to the public forums. As members not familiar will be somehow or rather affected.

Sunrise motor has been around for a long while and i'm sure they are very careful in selecting only authentic products for their customers. Should they install an imitation product on your bike, and something goes wrong, i think they will have a bigger worry.

No hard feelings, but please think before you post something that will hurt the bike shop and worst, get yourself into unneccessary law suits.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Hi Elton >>

Be it this is your actual name or just SB Nick, be it you are or not our existing customers.. We THANK YOU from the bottom of our heart becos you Have raise the most important factor in our business which is > "Sunrise motor has been around for a long while and i'm sure they are very careful in selecting only authentic products for their customers. Should they install an imitation product on your bike, and something goes wrong, i think they will have a bigger worry. " This is very true!

Are you already aware that we will test out any new products on OUR OWN BIKE B4 starting retail sales? We place our CUSTOMERS' Safety before us, experiment the new products during selections, making sure it is safe for road with Best performance owis, approved by LTA for exhaust pipes, \... No point dip ourselves into troubled water.. killing rice bowls of our mechanics.

With such comments, its really saddening to read.. but we will still continue to work hard becos its our customers support that makes us (Sunrise Eurobike) standing on.. thats why we owis emphasize the importance of Best Products and Best Services which we clearly understood that this is 100% Essential in order to keep building on trust between our valued customers and us!

So calling customers of Sunrise, Need NOT worry, we will cherish all your valuable feedbacks!

Once again, thank you Elton!

dear sunrise. with all due respect, no offence. yes u have been established long enough.

and yes you do have alot of support from customers. anyway, to clarify;

1) i did a full service elsewhere because ur bike shop was pretty crowded on a normal weekend. thats when i found out the belting was not original when Mechanic A compared to his at his workshop.

2) yes it got replaced 'that fast...!'

3) i didnt bother wanting to go to your shop to make a big fuss about it. knowing its packed with customers and its just a belting. i got it changed aniwae

4) my main point is, to point out that yea maybe its a mistake made from mechanic( he forgots) or i dunno what else could went wrong. i just want to point out to others to be wary of whats going on around them.

Scenario ----

I bought a LV bag from a "A" boutique,

Went to "b" boutique the salesgirl told me its fake.

I got furious.

bought a new authentic lv bag from "B" boutique and threw away the bag bought from "A"

started posting on forums that "A" boutique sells fake bags,

"A" boutique says cannot be, show us the bag u bought from us.

I said i threw away.

"A" boutique said since i publicly said i bought fake products from their shop,

which is not true, and no evidence cos i threw away, they are going to take legal action for causing damage to their image.

I bought a LV bag from a "A" boutique,

Went to "b" boutique the salesgirl told me its fake.

I got furious.

bought a new authentic lv bag from "B" boutique and threw away the bag bought from "A".

sometimes lv bags have old and new models ma, the tags and colour code might be different.

not siding with sunrise, but if you wanna point finger at them, better have solid hard evidence to back you up.

if not then prepared the back firing process.

if its true, sunrise will step out and explain why they are using imitation belts.

if its not true, and some make up stories and delibrate tarnish of other's reputation, i believe you should make an official apology to sunrise and clarify the matter in forum once again.

This is not a flaming or fking session.

Forum is a free place to say whatever you like, only when its true and with evidence.

You have to be careful with your choice of words and stuff, doesn't mean we are behind the computer, we can say whatever we like and nobody will give a damn to us.

People have been charged in court for saying wrong things and things that have no proof to back them up, in the end, pay extra money lor.

In your case, the mechanic tells u its fake, but u posted online stating name of shop, and they are using fake belts.

I think this is a case of falseful accuasation. And you don't have evidence.

The mechanic might even be using you to shoot arrows at others. And poor you, ignorant about the consequences, triggered happy at sunrise.

Please settle privately with sunrise asap, and once the matter is resolved, explain to members what went wrong. You, or sunrise.

cheers.

Green and yellow tab will wear off after certain mileage.... if you use that as a gauge, is misleading.

I just read up all the old post.....

I think what Sunrise did is to use malossi belt instead of original piaggio belt. therefore mech "B" decare that is a fake belt.

Not that the malossi belt is fake.

Perhaps this is the case of "FAKE" belt.
