Dear The Cage,

 

Would like to bring this issue to your kind attention.

 

For the past 3 Sundays(Happened a few time in the past but let's not bring that up) when we were about to start our weekly futsal session, the group before us will always out play of their booking time and we always have to walk in 5-10mins after their time is up to remind them that their booking is over, that's of cos before they spend another 5mins or so packing up their stuff before leaving the pitch altogether.

 

I do remember clearly that when we first started playing @ The Cage, there would be a reminder broadcast around 5 mins towards the end of the game before a final broadcast through the system to the pitch informing the players that time is up but that practice seems to have stop completely since more than 6 months ago. And frankly speaking that on this 3 Sundays, it's the same identical group in which we have to walk in and remind them to leave, they dont leave immediately off the pitch but probably taking 5 more mins in playing before eventually stopping.At times, we even have to walk over to your counter to get someone over.

 

In short, we do hope that the management would beable to sort out this issue without any group losing their entitled playtime(Everyone pays the same amount).

Thanks for the feedback. I will get my managers on the ground to resolve this matter asap. You are right, you should be entitled to your full playing hour and we will see to it that it happens.
