Yup... i saw his post too. It was form his DRZ and he selling with rally 591 rack $120 and the Pelican case 1450 for $150. Buy both for $250.

Bro Encore, why would you want to powdercoat the exhaust headers ? For cosmetic ?

 

Our headers are in its "naked" colour for a reason... Cos most of the "normal/electro" powdercoating process are unable to cope with the heat generated from the headers... Mine got a brown purple staining on the headers (approx 270 deg C)

Kmax and I did the polish of the headers to "shine" sometime back (do a search) but a few months of riding = back to normal brown again...

Of so many bikes I've ride, TDM exhaust headers material is pretty good as it does not rust even under high heat torture...

 

If you manage to powder coat your exhaust header, let us know...

Here you can see the straight-twin (most commonly referred as parallel-twin) engine of a Yamaha TDM-900. Such twin piston engines have their cylinders inline and both pistons perform the same movement (this is why it’s called parallel) even though straight (4 cylinders and above) engines don’t do this. However, this doesn’t apply to other straight engines which have normal vibration and they don’t produce that sound.

SHOEBOX SIZE??? U kena head-shrinker in Amazon arh?? That kinda size for topbox can put what lah??

 

If u really want a shoebox size one, just go DIY shop get a toolbox loh... Pelicans basically also are toolcases too.
