Hi guys, just now ard 6 sumthing, i was travelling from changi village down to TPE(PIE) exit. When i was filtering left abt to join the lane that was going expressway, i saw some peolpe wearing light green vest, copying down all the vehicle plate number, den ltr down the road there is few more people same wearing light green vest also writing down allthe vehicle's plate no, i wonder who was those guys and what they are doing, did anyone also happen to go past there and enounter this also?Can someone help?? Thanks alot!!!!

Maybe they are counting how many vehicles move by that road during that off and on peak period? Just guessing.........

hmz.. starting i also thought of that, but i start to tink if they are counting vehicle there wont be a need to copy down the vehicle plate no, hopefully is not catching people violating traffic rules cos i remember i nv done any things tt is againist the traffic rules.. anyone can help?? thanz

Dun be paranoid since u said u done nothing wrong. Maybe they are just assessing the traffic situation there

actually i am half worry and another half puzzled.. also veri curious wat exactly are they doing, thats why ask ard maybe there are guys here who knows.

cos they are looking at the plate no, den write on their book, somemore they lkt very concentrating in noting down, like cant even miss one car like tt
