Accident

Guys,

 

I was involved in an accident with a taxi. The taxi driver swerve into my lane to avoid a accident vehicle in front of him, thus i bang on to his rear signal light. Therefore i am going to make a claim against the taxi driver.

 

But the surveyor for the other party insurance refuse to survey the damage the of my motorcycle. The surveyor wants me to provide the accident vehicle the taxi driver was avoiding before willing to survey my motorcycle.

 

At that point of time, the was a CISCO police there taking down the damage vehicle number.

 

My question is will the traffic police, LTA or CISO provided me details of the damage vehicle so that i can provide to the surveyor to speed the claim against the taxi driver.

another crappy taxi driver. Did you manage to get the cisco police particular? Maybe you can check with the cisco HQ and asked them which officer responsed to your case?
