Can someone roughly tell me the legal costs for the bike you have went into accident before?

Right now, I also have some questions to ask. The law firm called me to asked me whether I want to pay the bikeshop or they pay the bikeshop the repair amounts first.

The repair costs amounted to $1800++ which I cannot believe. I went to the bikeshop to ask the boss and he told me is normal procedure to let the law firm pay first. But if I were to lose the case, doesn't that means that I owe the law firm the repair costs?

In the first place, the repair costs is not supposed to be so much, but because of the bikeshop inflating the price.

Can anyone advise me on what to do? Whether to let the law firm pay or I pay first?

Thanks in advance.

legal cost really varies. Mind to share what happen?

I got into an accident with a lorry. The lorry overtook me hit me on my right and i fell on the left. Apparently, the lorry is claiming that I hit his left by squeezing through his lane.

I encountered rather similar case years back. The verdict ended up on a 50/50 claim. ie, your ncb will be 0% for next year and you need not pay for your bike repair cost. If u want to know more, can sms me at 98444943.

The repair should be covered by insurance, not you. This is what 3rd party insurance are for. Do contact them ASAP.
