Hi guys,

 

I just gotten my 2B licence and can't wait to buy a bike. As I'm only keen on scooters, could anyone advise on some bike models? erm... I have a budget of $3k only =(

 

Any idea how much the Vespa GT will cost for a 2nd-hand?

 

And also, how do I go about calculating my insurance?

for insurance, just call the relevent insurance co, eg: AXA, mitsui, NTUC etc. hope this helps.

Mitsui don't do individual insurance one. They rejected one of my perspnal application. Wanna do insurance with mitsui, you may need to do it through motor shop.

 

other than that, you'll usually end up paying a lot higher if you are fixated with a single bike model. Give yourself a few choices to work with and show some flexibility, you may end up getting a much better bargain.
