1) are there any other dates other than 20th March?

2) thats a basic class for SLR photographers or basic consumer photographers?

3) i know can get lower price at sim lim, but then again i was happy with that price i got at the IT fair with all the freebies/packages. Didnt know Casio cameras are quite power-packed with its compact size.... rather impressive!

Posted

using nikon filter L37C (77mm) on my canon L lens. it is hard to find, better compared to B+W. just abit of history, nikon was canon's lens manufacturer long long time ago before they divorced.

no lah.,... nite shoot next time u organize lor.

model shoot on sat morning lah.

if ok, meet up somewhere to makan supper, tok tok until near midnite, then chow.

horizoner, where u stay? near my place or not? if yes, then maybe meetup later at nite so that simon can join us after he knock off. he works in airport.

so the use of a normal filter is to protect the lens only lah ??

other than special effect one .. like star , b/w .. etc ~

why u need a visor for? to protect sand from getting into yr eyes. that is the analogy.

when u buy a lens which is say few $$K, hell yeah u will need to protect the front element. a scratch will deface the value. u cant sell it, cost a bomb if u want to change the glass, even worst it become a white elephant.

normal filters like hoya, tokina, kenko is good enuf, but if u want to have a better ones which will not effect the outcome of your photos, be prepare to fork out more.

general info, the bigger the diameter, the costlier the filter.

good ones, say B+W & nikon L37C is 3 digits.
