but i think the user is the main point here as he can get the BEST out from the cam. the PANNING shot IS THE BEST.

no, not true.

300D is the entry level to DSLR, which canon thinks that 10D is too expensive for most consumer. that's why 300D was out to capture the major share.

 

nikon's D70 later came into the picture, offering much better functions that 300D has. some functions beats 10D too!! i have no doubt abt this.

 

then news came out that 20D is coming to shelfs on local stores.

it has 8MP, bla, bla... which also includes some of 1Ds features.

 

so, bottonline is this their rat race. we as consumers are the victim of their competiton.

anyway, keep in mind that lenses are investment. camera body is necessity.

lenses value will not depriciate, but body will.

stand near to a roundabout or at a bend, then shoot at oncoming cars, bike, bus, lorri, cabs, ...... i believe in 1 hr, u will be a master of panning.

brudders n sistaz...need advise on a 5 or 6MP digicam. me no expert but me like to snap snap snap... :cheeky:

yesterday go comex n drool over olympus n exilim....but drool cus dey look so sexy n slim but dunno how d function gud onot.

this is something u must decide in order to get a suitable cam for yrself.

 

oh yes, please do not be attacted by the aesthetic aspect of a camera. It MIGHT not be able to produce a good photo.
