Its not the the matter of being friendly or not,i dont like the idea of it.Why must we do such a thing in the first place?Why cant spread through word of mouth to friends and they shall bring thier own friends too.They will also be responsible for their friends behaviour and all.If 1 am to do as you say it,who will be responsible if anything happen to those guys i pass the pamplets to?I WILL.Cause end of the day i was the 1 who invite them.I dont even know who are they in the first place.They are strangers to me.Why cant just spread to those whom we know and friends bring friends?

suspension is a very very chim lesson..

as for the old bikes feeling. might cos of. bearing. sprocket bushes. uneven wear of tyres. of ur swingarm bush/bearings.. etc etc etc etc.

if ur suspension setting is correct.

 

ya... i agreed very chimmm... heh.....chimm until don't know how to say. went to do the setting and it was much more stable for some time but again problem surface.

anyway, i will have to go do the servicing of the suspensions first then see how it goes ba.. cos the feeeling sucks!~!!! makes me feel as if i just got a new ride.. (in a bad way) haha...

hmm,

 

dun mind, newbie speaking 2c worth.

 

rebby if the bike is old the suspension usually the 1st to go, cos ppl usually service the front fork only.

 

the suspension could due for a service or change to a newer one.

the spring usually will not lose it tension so easily (since u are nt a big size) i guess it could be due to the rebound and damping gone which cause u to have the old bike feeling. thus some seal or rejuice of N2 maybe needed.

 

if u yet to service ur front fork. u shld also.

wheel bearing etc can be check easily. cone bearing put it to a stand and see if the handle bar move easily without any gitch, for the wheel bearing (fnt and rear), same put to stand and roll it. u shld be able to turn freely for a 1-2 round with the caliper on, without of cos more and the wheel shld be "tight" "tight" nt wobble feeling.

ya i got my mechanic to check the cone bearing as how you discribe and it seems to have no problem. So most likely it's the suspension problems.. so i'll go do the front then the back ba.. hmmmm for servicing of forks... think you could consider bike lab... call me when you going maybe? heh.. i'd mostly likely go on friday.. to check it out. not been there for a long time.

Any rough idea how long the servicing usually takes?

Although I am newbie, I know when to prevent stupiid people talk shiit ...

You should tell your mechanic to "set in" with his asss.

As a mechanic can't ever tell the difference between cone loose and

front suspension need to service ...

Tell him bend over and rise his asss up in the air and

you take one of your suspension and shaft into his asss nicely ...

If your bike got too much problems or time for major services,

the solution is to carry forward your money and buy a low mileage newer Busa ...

And i cannot be like you guys stand watch while they do their magic. so i'll just have to have more patience with my mechanic and plead for him to figure out the problems and solve it(when he has the time). or i'll just pass by everyday and nag alittle. lol..

my reply to the comment is that morning is good for pic taking and it is nt too hot. doing in the evening it may upset the plan for the day.

location at kallang lesiure consideration is that there are ample lot, got varity of fast food at least mac and it is centralise. quite far for me as i lives in CCK... but what to do...

 

i am open for suggestion, end of the day remember it is everyone effort and part that make tis gathering a MEGA one.
